Shipping/Return policy

SHIPPING 

At this time, we are accepting orders from the United States as well as international residents.

Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. International orders generally take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

COVID - 19 DELAYS

Due to COVID - 19 we are experiencing major delays outside of our usually shipping turnaround times. Depending on the product orders are being made to order and shipped up to 2.5 to 3 weeks. To cancel a order we must be notified within 24 hours of that order being placed.

For international shipments, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. The Giddel Alexander co is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.

Unless otherwise specified, all domestic orders are shipped USPS ground.

Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once USPS delivery confirmation is received.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products we supply. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

 

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rates vary by locality. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped outside of California.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or problem with your order, please email thegiddelalexanderco@gmail.com for the quickest response.
